The wellbeing of your employees is essential for the success of your organisation. Work related stress and

burnout are a major concern and employers have a responsibility to their employees that is backed by

government health and safety recommendations.

Our Corporate Wellbeing Package helps safeguard against long-term absenteesim and sickness by ensuring that your

employees are supported, whenever necessary, through workshops, individual counselling sessions and an ongoing

programme of supervision. We also recognise that family issues can seriously impact on the work life of your employees.

That's why their families also have access to the benefits of our Corporate Wellbeing Package.

Key Benefits

• Employees and immediate family members are entitled to 6 sessions of free counselling and psychotherapy at a

           time and location to suit them.

• Aspects of the package are available to your individual customers, namely the 6 free sessions subject to the

inital assessment fee.

• Therapy and counselling are subject to an assessment for each referral. This ensures that your employees and

           their families receive the most suitable solution for their needs.*

• A 30% reduction for any additional sessions.**

* This is subject to a one-off assessment fee of £150 per person, per referral.

** These may be paid by either the employee or employer.

Group Supervision

Regular supervision offers a forum for employees to explore everyday work stresses in a group setting. This enables them

to monitor their own performance, look at the part they play in interpersonal dynamics and manage stress levels.

Employee group supervision is provided as 8 x 1.5 hour sessions a year for up to 12 people.

Training and Development

As part of the package, eployers benefit from:

• One training and development day per year at their place of work

Choose from the following options:

• Stress and Anxiety Management
• Assertiveness in the workplace

• A 50% discount on an external Anxiety and Stress workshop and follow-up session.

Annual stress audit

Our package includes one annual online, anonymous employee audit.
