What is Equine Assisted Learning and Psychotherapy? A Taster Session
This half day workshop is for anyone that is curious about how horses can enhance human self-development. They are for individuals looking for a short practical introduction into the field. Participants will have the opportunity to experience for themselves the wisdom of the horse and observe an Equine Guided Psychotherapy session facilitated by Laira Gold. Included in this introductory taster session is
• An introduction to different EAP models and how they interlink
• Self awareness exercises to help attune to the work with horses
• EGP & EGL facilitation demonstration
• Opportunity to facilitate for yourself
• Practical considerations ahead of working in the field
