Integrating Techniques for Anxiety Based Issues (2 day workshop) 

Counsellors and psychotherapists who attend this workshop will learn various techniques mainly influenced by CBT. This workshop enables a greater understanding of the nature of anxiety, and how to work with clients who experience levels of anxiety by integrating techniques into your work. If you are a Supervisor, this workshop may inform the educative aspects of work with Supervisees. 

This workshop is run by Tim Potter, who is an experienced practitioner and has worked regularly with Anxiety based diagnosis (such as generalised Anxiety, Panic Attacks, OCD and Somatisation) for 11 years. Tim is Humanistically trained and has Extended Training in CBT

(APT) and has received specialised training in OCD using CBT. Tim is also a Supervisor and trainer for Supervision at Diploma level.
