I am trained as a person-centred and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour) Therapist and use many different techniques depending on the individual client's needs. I strongly believe that each client is unique and I ensure that I treat each as such with empathy, congruence and without judgement.
I am a volunteer Counsellor for CRUSE Bereavement care working with clients aged 4 to 86+ and am a Supervisor. As well as a small private practice, I also work for Agencies in both Primary & Secondary schools.

I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor working from my private practice in Welling, Kent. My approach is integrative being drawn from humanistic, psychodynamic and existential schools of thought. This equips me to explore the obstacles to people being able to work, love and play.
I trained as a psychotherapist for three and a half years at a NHS Drop-in-Centre and for two years at Mind. I also, have experience of working with substance abuse, having done such work for the Addictions Psychology Services of the South London & Maudsley NHS Trust.
In my work so far, I have seen a broad range of people whose problems cover : abuse, addiction, anger, anxiety, depression, bereavement, personality disorders, relationship issues, stress and trauma.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples and supervisees.

Experienced Humanistic Counsellor. I Qualified in 2005 after having trained privately within the surroundings of a working Mental Health Hospital in Dartford, Kent. Our Approaches were very integrative and included Cognitive , Cognitive Behavioural, Behavioural, Psychosynthesis , psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis.
