  • I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with a wide range of experience gained over the last ten years in private practice and volunteer counselling.
    I work with Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Gestalt (bodywork), Transactional Analysis and Transpersonal theories using archetypes, dreamwork, creative visualisation, art therapy, guided meditations and chakra work to meet individual clients’ needs.
    I believe that the mind, body and soul are connected and that if we heal our psychological problems, we can also heal many of our physical illnesses.
    I aim to provide a safe and secure space where I can support the client to explore their problems and relationship with themselves and others.
