Charlotte is a conscientious, reflective, hard working counsellor, who has gained professional experience through working with individuals from 18 years and upwards in a small independent practice, which has a contract with the NHS.
Charlotte works in a humanistic manner incorporating CBT and Transactional Analysis where appropriate. She offers a genuine non judgemental approach and allows her clients to go at their own pace and find the answers they need with her support and guidance. She has helped many people with a variety of issues such as bereavement, loss, self esteem, relationships, anxiety and depression.
