    Pamela practises as a psychodynamic counsellor, offering short and long term counselling to adults.
    
    She has also completed courses in other relevant therapies such as Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapy,which she incorporates in her approach.
    
    Pamela has had a successful private practice based in several locations in Surrey and Kent for over 8 years. As a result of working with psychiatrists in the private sector during this period she is experienced in counselling clients with a wide range of difficult issues. She is particularly interested in depression, anxiety, loss, stress, relationships and self-esteem.
    
    In addition Pamela has worked for a local NHS trust, providing short-term psychodynamic counselling for G.P. practices.
    
    She is a member of BACP. She is also approved by most Health Insurance companies.
