I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with an integrative and holistic method of working, which means I use the right approach tailored to the individuals needs and one that looks after the whole self.
I have trained in many areas and use methods and techniques from psychodynamic and transpersonal therapy through to CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I am trained and experienced in working with adults and couples and adolescents and work on many issues including:
• Anxiety and panic attacks
• Depression
• Low self esteem
• Relationship problems - with couples or individually
• Lack of meaning or direction
• Work related stress
• Loss
Before becoming a therapist Jules spent many years in the communications sector which gives her an advantage in working in the corporate sector because she understands the pressures that working intensely in this environment can bring.
Jules develops and presents self development and awareness courses and contributes to articles within publications where therapy has a positive contribution to help others understanding.
