Robert uses a Humanistic and Integrative approach with a commitment to help clients find answers and solutions to their problems and achieve peace of mind.
The integrity of the client/counsellor relationship underpins his core therapeutic style, which additionally draws on Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Training in Body-Oriented Psychotherapy has enabled him to gain insight into the intricate relationship between body and mind.
Robert is a mature, accomplished counsellor and psychotherapist; he has been practicing for over 5 years in a private setting as well as within charitable organisations. He is a member of the BACP.
Robert works with Adults (16 years and above) and couples, covering most issues that include: Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Bullying, Depression, Eating Disorders, Family Issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Attacks, Lack of Confidence and Self Esteem, Relationships, Sexuality, Stress and Work-Related Issues.
