Further Details
Deborah is a qualified counsellor, trained to post graduate level. Deborah works with adults, children and young people and has six years experience of working with children and young people in educational and therapeutic settings. Deborah is trained as an integrative counsellor, which allows her to draw on several areas of learning to help you in a way that suits you; although her work has a strong person centred base. As well as talking, Deborah also offers some creative approaches to therapy including sand trays, drawing and craft.

Deborah can offer short term focused work to help you deal with a difficulty that you bring, or she can offer open ended therapy that gives time to explore immediate or deeper concerns.

Deborah strives to provide you with the time and space to work at a pace that suits you and in a way that is respectful and non-judgemental.

Deborah has experience with many presenting issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, abuse, low self confidence and anger management. She has special interests in eating disorders, self harming behaviours and child related issues.
